There is no means for generating sustain on the RK-100. There are ways around this; you could extend the cable on your sustain pedal and place it somewhere in the middle of the stage so you could step on it when necessary, or you could strap the sustain pedal to one knee and press the other knee against it when wanting sustain (sorry about that
), or you could use a
MIDI Event Processor from
MIDI Solutions to convert one of the buttons on the neck to transmit sustain, or you could just get a better strap-on controller. You do realize that the Korg RK-100 does NOT transmit velocity, right?
Unless the Korg is really cheap, I would stay away.
