Jerry, I lived in Bangor for a couple of years(Air Force Brat) and rode my little Cushman Eagle to Boston and Bar Harbor often.
Played every afternoon at the Officers Club. Really crazy about Maine and am planning a trip to Boston next year, with a detour to Bar Harbor.
