Well the lady that sent this to me isn't exactly an Acadian.
she is from IOWA so go figure.
I once spent 3 months in Baton Rouge and 13 days and night under flood water in Metrarie in 1980 or there about but I have forgotten everything i leaned from those Cajuns, so sorry if this affends anyone.
