Found someone to buy my Korg Poly-61 synthesizer.

Now I just need to find a buyer for my K61 controller keyboard.

Paul, what else do you have to play?

Maybe you should keep the controller and start using soft synths on your computer..

You can go as basic as you want ..or to the top synths...

Forgot to mention ..You can download a trial version of Mixcraft4, and if you purchase it ..under $100...it comes with a wide assortment of soft synths...The program has all you need to run soft synths and is a great recording program..Check it out..

Actually Fran, I really don't Play. I was never into soft synths anyway. Thanks for the offer though.

All I have left is my OMNI which is still in my closet, and my Farfisa organ. I don't play that either, but it looks cool in my living room.

Okay, well, now that I have sold my poly-61. I don't really feel an different, or sad.

I have even packed up all of my electronic music, and keyboard books, and put them away.

Paul I'm totally with you man. Sell everything you don't use. With your new hobby and old obsessions out of the way you no longer need neither the K61 nor the Omni.

Put it that way. Instead of collecting dust at your place they could be in good hands, getting used by musicians and possibly studios. NO harm in selling them. I only see it as a good thing.
...ANd its not like controllers and audio cards are hard to find. Should you ever have a change of heart and decide to give soft synths a fair chance you can pretty much do it any time. Its not like anyone is locking the door and throwing away the keys you know.

Thank you Ed. The omni might, be a hard sell, since it has two dead keys, and the chorus button cut out.

Getting rid of some of that stuff, and putting my books, away has made a world of difference.

I also have a couple of keyboard stands, and some cables and a foot pedal to get rid of as well.
