The very wise panel can probably help me: Isn't it possible to change fx. a bass drum or snare or or... in a pre-fabricated style on the 7000?
Sometimes it would be nice with a more tough bass drum, and sometimes it would be nice to erase a cymbal.
Any suggestions?
Have a nice weekend.
Cheers

Paul,
Not sure on the 7000...but ingeneral that has to do with the drum mapping in midi. If the 7k will let you get in and change the mapping that would be one way.

You can make a userdrumset just like you want
to have in and then give it a place in the
presetstyle. You can do this in the music-
stylist. Here you can change every track.
Another way is "copy the style to a Memory-
place and then go to steprecord and change
what you want".
Every note is changeable(does this word ex-
ist). It only takes some minutes but you can
do this!
The KN7000 is a very great instrument!

This sounds like a job for a PC sequencer package e.g. Cakewalk in which you can selecte a single drum sound within the track and process that sound individually (including such things as velocity scaling).
