I really enjoyed the thread asking if musical abilities deminished with age and I realized that a lot of the names I see on the forum belong to people my age (57). I was wondering what are your musical ambitions. Living out here in the boonies I will never get to play all the gigs some of you do in more populated areas but do you have other musical dreams other than playing lots of gigs until they have to wheel you off the stage. My hope is to become a fine jazz piano player and some day really to have a great repitore that I can improvise well on. At home I use a baby grand to practice on and the G70 and Band in a Box to simulate a band. What are your hopes and what are you doing to achieve them?

My ambition and goal is to keep playing for the elderly as long as possible. I hope to be one of the 70's + to achieve this wonderful feat
