Yes you guessed it..... I did not last even a week without a board! I got an amazing deal off ebay on a ONE WEEK old 9000pro still in it's wrapping and boxes and with speakers and lights thrown in! I could not say no

I have had it home about an hour and just broke off playing to tell you guys. I love it! The chances were I would not have got a tyros until mid to end November and I could not wait that long. I was going crazy! Before I played the Tyros I only wanted the Pro anyway so I got what I wanted (There is logic in there somewhere!! )

After years of playing Technics I have to say that this board will take a bit of getting used to but I will have fun doing it!

Ok I am going back to my new baby Just couldn't wait to let y'all know.

Hey Tony,
Congratulations! I was watching that ad but have UPS woes, thwarting my purchases for now. With the PRO's being gobbled up, I may have to settle for a Tyros in the end! Not a bad thing and usually things work out for the best. I am envious however....

Hey there Tony ! WELCOME to the world of Yamaha.

I sort of suspected you couldn't wait (for Tyros) and breakdown and get the 9000pro instead. If having 76 keys and sampling are HIGH on your priority, then you definitely made the BEST choice, cuz Tyros includes neither.

Tony, don't forget to join the following Yahoo Groups -Yamaha PSR Keyboard Yahoo forums:

Hi Guys
Many thanks for your comments and the links. Sorry not to have replied sooner but am up to my eyes in it here! ...Not with the Pro either (Chance would be a fine thing!) Work is chaos at the moment so hardly have a chance to do anything let alone play! Never mind the weekend is coming and I don't work weekends
Roll on Friday evening....Me, a bottle of red and the pro .... the red stuff does not actually improve my playing but it makes me think so at the time
Thanks again
Tony
