Heres a site that hasnt been posted for a time (If ever) and totally relates to all the different types of instruments that are used on SZ, including Organ, Arranger Keyboard, Piano CDs, DVDs and Books http://www.organ.co.uk/ (MP3 snippets are also available)
Enjoy

Thanks, Bill. Great link! I frequent it quite often. I am an organ nut after all. There are recordings of arranger keyboards as well so it's not all organ.

Bill, from browsing this UK website's impressively extensive organ music catalog of artists, it seems that 'theatre organ' music is a lot more popular in the UK than the USA.

Does this company (Organ 1st) accept & ship CD/DVD orders (via credit card payment) to customers living in the USA?

They most certainly do. I've ordered from them myself.

As for DVD, they won't play if your player plays Region 1 only. They WILL play if your player is region free.

Here's the S&H information page:
http://www.organ.co.uk/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=organ&Category_Code=INFO

Also take notice that you won't be charged 17.5% VAT.

Well, all the info you need is on the page.

Hi Taike. Thanks for what appears to be very important info, but I'm totally unfamilar with what you refer to as 'Regions'. How can I find out what Region(s) my listed below DVD player & DVD recorder supports? Both were purchased here in the USA:

Sony Dream System model DAV-LF1

Sony model RDR-GX300 DVD Recorder/Player

Where can I find the answer?

Thanks. - Scott

Scott, I assume that your players are Region 1. If you're not sure, see the users guide or call the shop(s) where you purchased them. Even if they're region 1, their codes can be unlocked but I am not familiar with the process.

Here's some more info on regions and region code free DVD players:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dvd_regions

and some of the brands that offer them plus some more info:

Hi Scott
World regions were forced by the big film studios so that they could control what country got what and when.
Most of the DVDs on Organ 1st are Region free, and so can be played on any DVD player, however if it is limited to one region, it always says so in the details.
A lot of players can be hacked (Changed) to Multiregional, and here are a couple of sites with details of how to do it. http://www.dvdhacks.co.uk/ http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks
Hope this helps

Bill
