I would like to hear and see some demos of the E50/60 as well. Roland marketing . Sigh.
I'm ranting again. Their marketing department fails again.
They will probably price the E50 close to the PSR3000, even though it has no organ drawbars,no harmonizer, the USB port won't be able to read a USB drive. Will they also recycle the same voices from the EM and EXR series? Roland needs to fire the marketing director.

How hard is it to make some MP3 demos, and stick it in your web pages for prospective buyers to get an idea of what they like about something and what they dont. Honestly, if i were senior management at Roland, i think a few heads would be rolling now. Maybe it aint that good??? is that why??? Maybe they should be waiting until they have a unit that competes with other available units in the market at the moment. I would think that Korg are doing just that. And if Yamaha and Korg can load samples, what on earth is wrong at Roland?? I dont know any of the answers to the above questions, but like others i am perplexed by the ineptitude of Roland management. Honestly, if you think it cometes with T2 get the demos out there, and lets see, right now your are looking a poor second to the bite

if the estimated price of e60 is 1300 euro, and the e50 about 900 euro, then my question is how expensive psr3100 (?) will be? i think next psr will be better than e60 features wise, but i am just too afraid of a pour keybed. while hopefully e60 will keep some of the wonderful g70 keybed.

well, time will tell. until we'll see any of these (roland's e50/e60, yamaha's next psr, korg's next release, ketron's sd replacement) we can not say for sure.

but indeed roland's idea of marketing their products is at least hard to understand.

so, is it right? e60 has the same sounds and styles (but less of a number) as e80?

There's a pic, and says it's coming in August.

It's a CAD rendering, not a real picture.

Is the same image as previous link (see, for instance, the coloured switches)

Because I saw E-60 live at Frankfurt Messe and because the colour of the lit switches is unnatural and typical of CAD renderings.
