I was watching some Tyros 2 demos on Youtube. Is there a way to mute or erase the lead lines that play when an intro to a style is selected?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can mute very easily ANY part at any time.

Chris: I do it all the time. You turn off the parts you don't want and save all the settings to a registration.

Thanks for your replies! Not to over complicate this, but if you mute the part/track during the intro, won't it also be muted for the entire song as you play your changes?

I.E. A strat gutiar sound that plays a lead intro in a particular style. I would want that strat sound to play it's "part" throughout the style. Just not "it's" intro part.

Chris, so save it muted in registration 1, thenunmuted in registration 2 and you can easily choose what you want by selecting the appropriate registration.

You can also use STYLE EDIT on the keyboard and delete that part from the Intro....remember to re-save the style into USER or USB.

Chris: I agree with Graham. That is exactly what I do. I works really well. When playing the song I only have to focus on the 8 registration buttons to change any settings thoughout the song. It allows me to focus more on the music and not worry about which buttons where to hit next. I even mark my music up with registration numbers for changes.
