I have an Audigy in my computer right now; however, following advice given by Roel and confirmed by Terry, I have ordered a new soundcard from Delta. I have never heard it and right now I cannot even tell you the right model (I think has something to do with Midiman 66: that goes to tell you how much I trust Roel and Terry when it comes to technical advice).
Re. the Audigy, I think it's a good all around card, maybe the best one when it comes to computer games, but for musical purposes the Delta should be much better (and it's also cheaper... )

Andrea,
Thanks for the vote of confidence and you won;t be disappointed (I Hope).

Delta 66 is one of the models there is also a 44 (which I have) and it all has to do with the numbers of ins and outs.

Bb,
If you're gonna spend the cash don't buy the trash.....buy the Delta and be done with it. Andrea is correct....creative labs makes good cards for gaming....real mediocre for music though.

Yeah,
I'm probably going with the delta 66. However, would like to get the model with the mic pre-amp in the break out box. Saw them going for around $200 $250 on ebay. I could get the blaster card for about $150 was wondering about the difference. Or if anyone had used them and could comment on the quality.

Oh no.. I just put a bid on a Omni Studio with Delta 66 on ebay... I hop I get it!!
