I'd always thought that the psr3000 was not available in Taiwan as I'd never seen one so was quite surprised to find a dealer that sells them. The T1/T2 is not available as, according to this dealer, Yamaha HQ(Taiwan) had decided that there wasn't a market; either no public interest or too expensive.

The psr3000 sells for US$1239.The Roland G70 sells for US$2780. Is that about the same as elsewhere?

I asked about the Roland GW7. The dealer told me that, just before shipment from Japan, Roland recalled them all due some technical error. Dealers weren't informed what the errow was about. According to this particular dealer, a worldwide recall.

I see and have played the GW-7 in Canada in lots of different stores. Both home shops and pro shops. It's a great little performance board. If I didn't spend everything I had on a G-70, I would pick one up as a lightweight 2nd keyboard.
It sounds GREAT!

The GW-7 seems to have some world sounds and styles that the G-70 doesn't. Then again I could add the SRX-09 World card to the G-70 and get those sounds. But I'm holding out for the SRX-07 Ultimate Keys...That card is YUMMMMMMY!

Don't know anything about a recall and wonder what your dealer was talking about?

Hmmmmm....now the wheels are turning.....SRX Card.....GW-7......Both?
