I do know you can hook up a drum machine and use the keyboard to trigger it.. You would be able to record tracks on the keyboard (minus the drum tracks) and have the drum machine play in sync with it.. As far as sound modules, I'm sure this is possible, but I haven't done that. Also if you want it to play on your keyboards speakers your keyboard must have an input jack too....
