If you are familiar with the movie "Rocky", talk about your personal "Rocky" story. Was it was a musician/entertainer? Or was it as a business owner/employee? Did you get up before the count of 10?

Hey Chris,

Whenever I got knocked down in the past I just never bothered to get back up again - that fooled everybody - LOL

Like your latest song on your website (and all the others) - New layout is good too

Uh, might be fun but I have no idea what you are talking about, Chris.

Maybe this is what you meant:
I was in my late teens, I think. I had a friend who played quitar, but never finished a song he started learning. So I decided to learn to play organ, but finish every song I started learning. Bought an organ, took lessons for about 3-1/2 years. Was doing very well, but hit a wall in my playing. My philosophy then was: If at 1st you don't succeed then try try, then give-up. Down and out for the count of 25years!!!
I started going to a Pentecostal church, the contemporary christian music was so inspiring, I wanted to play music again. Purchased my 1st arranger keyboard, and was wondering where would I be now if I would have continued. Oh well. My new philosophy is to never give up.

OK, I'll try....

I was dating this really plain girl from South Philly, when I decided to get into better physical shape. I took her to the zoo, but it was winter and most of the animals were sleeping, or really tired.
I started running through the Italian Market, but I sampled so much of the great foods that I actually put ON a few lbs!

So, I decided to lift some weights while running. I grabbed my B3, strapped it to my back and ran up the steps to the Art Museum ...whew, that WAS tough !

Anyway - my girl was so impressed by the effort that she started dressing better, and when I looked closer - MAN, she was gorgeous ! ( wonder of wonders ! )

So, then I got entered in this B3 contest with Joey DiFrancesco, but he's kinda "past his prime", and he couldn't even get up the first FEW steps of the Art Museum, so I passed him by without breaking a sweat !
The crowd went nuts, I won the competition, and Joey and I had some Rocky Road Ice Cream to celebrate my victory ! yay me !
