hey thanks guys for your comments.
Vic: I am young?!! I turned 29 in October.
I posted the pics in Triton central, but haven't gotten any comment yet. I think over there, people aren't really interested in PSR2000.
Yes that's D16 on top. I had some backup music on it for some songs that I sang. I also used it to mix both TRITON and PSR 2000, added a 7 band EQ to the final MIX which went to the PA system. This way I control what I am sending to the speakers...
I play Pakistani music.
I love the flutes on PSR2000. If you edit the preset and make the attack a little slower, it sounds excellent.
I integerated TRITON and PSR2000. Created some sytles on PSR2000 that used loops loaded into TRITON sampler. It sounded excellent. PSR2000 is very flexible and the new filing system is great, no conversion required for the style from a MIDI file.
I started on TRITON sequencer. Made some loops, and exported as GM. Then on computer added markers and change file extension.. viola!!! a new style using sounds from PSR and TRITON!!!
I used flutes, electric guitars and ethnic plucked sounds, style KIT from PSR and synths, leads, pads, ethnic percussion and loops samples from TRITON.
PSR2000 opened a whole new world of possibilities for me. TRITON and PSR2000 MIDIed together... a powerfull combination, add D16 to that.
I am pretty happy with the purchase of PSR2000. I know I am set for a lot of years to come. I haven't had PSR 2000 for long time. And I didn't perform live much with Only TRITON, because I am not in any band. Well, now I can perform on my own. I am looking forward to use PSR2000 to it's fullest extent.
I haven't recorded any music made with PSR2000 yet, but if you would like to hear my compositions on TRITON here is the link..
http://www.mp3.com/GreenAndWhite Vic83: I didn't find any new oriental sounds.. I know the flutes are a LOT better... Also, there is an Arabic Drum kit, which I think has very low volume, I had to insert a compressor to boost it up.
