I think this video could be useful for those thinking about getting one of this fantastic stands as I did.

Hope this helps on the decision.

Innovative design.....but isn't it a bit wobbly? especially with a full load with 2 KB's, Mic boom etc etc ?

Thanx for the demo.

love the design, but agree with others - it looks a tiny bit unstable.

Wobbly..it is not..This stand is the strongest, most rigid stand I have owned..No wonder they sell for $200..

All the false impressions are out the window , after you use one..

I do need to pick up the mic boom option though..

The G70 sits solid and sturdy she goes..No possibility of tipping over..

The dang thing does weigh just under 20 pounds...but it is all in the structure..

From this picture it looks like the mic boom only attaches to the 2nd tier support bracket...?

It's all about mechanics.. The more weight the more stable it is.
I have no experience with the roland(yet), but I use a quicklock version (which is contra designed though but based on same concept) since years in my home playing ground which supports three heavy boards above each other.
1. Kurzweil K2600
2. Roland G 800
3. Mini moog

The roland is better for live gigs I think as its a faster set up and you have room in the centre for some pedals.
I think I buy one for the vr760 I mostly use live.

Thanks for showing, didn't know about the roland stand.
