Hehe, I really do like Roland, but it always makes me mad when a big company leaves no email addresses or phone numbers on their pages (other than 800 numbers to buy new stuff).

I've been trying to get in touch with them forever: I need a MIDI Implementation chart and SysEx chart for a TD-5 (Trapset brain). I've done exhaustive web-searches to no avail.

Any ideas?

Mastiffe,

Two questions:

1. Have you ever seen any Roland product brochures? They usually have the contact info. Another place to look would be the music publications online, such as www.keyboardmag.com. The phone number is not a 1-800 number, though. I found a number for you, from Electronic Musician magazine, 323-890-3700. The fax number is 323-890-3701. You can contact them by going to their website (wwww.rolandus.com). I believe they have a link for emails.

2. Where do you usually buy your gear? Your Roland dealer should be able to provide the information you are looking for, or at least put you in contact with someone who could help you.

I agree that some websites and online support are not the greatest.

I hope this helps you.
