Hi Fran That’s a turn up for the books, as if you read the posts from US Wersi owners, Wersimusic is the best thing since sliced bread. I have posted the following on the Wersi OAS forum to try and get some feedback. “To all our US members 1. Does Wersimusic USA exist, as no one seems to be able to find it, also no calls, emails or any other form of contact is received by potential customers who have tried to contact them? 2. There is also no showroom address mentioned. 3. If it does exist (Which with information from potential owners who tried to find them, suggests it doesn’t) where are they. 4. Wersi already has little penetration in the USA, and currently (With total disregard for potential customers from Wersimusic USA (If it ever existed) this seems to be going from bad to worse. Bill” Also contact the New Wersi International Marketing manager Mike Carroll m.carroll@wersi.net who hopefully will be able to help. Makes you wonder if Wersi wants to sell in the US at all, a very disappointing and depressing episode indeed Bill [This message has been edited by abacus (edited 10-08-2008).]

Oh come on, two hours, you make it sound as if Fran crawled backwards across the North Pole for this. If I see an address in a phonebook of a store that I may be interested in visiting, I wouldn't even bother to call. I would assume they were still there and just drive up. I've done that actually, more than once. If a company fails to answer a simple phone, or return a call if you leave a voice-mail, and fails twice to send you information as promised, their service sucks. ------------------ - THE DUTCH KEYBOARD FORUM http://www.keyboardforum.nl
