Dean Peters once said to me "The S-950 is like the PSR-3000 on steroids." Deane hit the nail on the head. The sound quality is far superior, my audiences love what they hear, and so do I. I still have one of my PSR-3000 keyboards for a backup system, and my daughter suggested that I sell it and purchase another S-950. I found out last night that she actually made some bids on one that was for sale on Ebay and was thinking seriously about giving it to me for Christmas. The added features of the PSR-950, onboard audio recorder, improved sound system, playable SA voices, etc..., make it a giant step up from the PSR-3000. Good Luck, Gary
