Which you don’t need as long as you don’t use the Genos in open air or under bright stage lights...

On top of that your comment is totally oftopic on a question about songbooks..

That is definitely not true I played in many facilities and events with overhead lighting with out tilt display and you are blinded to see anything you have to use some kind of cover shield or 2nd tier on your stand a tilted display is a must. Let me add the display is absolutely on topic as it's part of the overall display experience which Yamaha genos dropped the ball on G1 for sure lets hope they rectify it on G2.

As i said, bright stage lights... so very true..

And still the coment has no place in a discussion over songbooks...

bachus how much stage experience performing do you have?....that said lights above you and displays can be brutal without correct shielding or tilt angling of the display if you want to see what your doing on stage...I've been thru every situation and know what I am talking about all these years,....that said the songbook/display, laptop, tablet, or whatever is used is useless if you can't see it well.....we are talking about the features of a songbook or display right? seeing it is part of that.....
I'm done now and stick to my thoughts..

Again... this topic is about the songbook, why are you trying to take it in a whole other direction? just lets discuss songbook functionallity korg vs yamaha... before this thread (the one you started) goes down the drain..

My opinion : yamaha blasts korgs songbook into pieces.. just because you can attach a whole bank of registrations.. it adds a whole new layer of depth.
