Has anyone used a lavalier mic with their arranger keyboard.. I am thinking about using one with my E-A7.. It has as much gain as I should need.. but am not sure if a lavalier mic will give a lot of noise.. I want to terminate to 1/4" connection.. I have a 1/4" mono to 3.5 m stereo cable.. so I should be able to terminate to the E-A7. ( maybe a female to female 1'8"
adapter).

Any suggestions?

My thoughts are for senior jobs, I can just set the keyboard on the table and connect to external speaker... done!!

No stand and no mic boom.. grin

I haven't heard any with good enough sound quality for singing.
How about a headset mic, one that doesn't need phantom power. I used to have a Shure that was pretty good, and pretty inexpensive.
You want another EA7?

Don I do have a AT headset I got from Gary.. It works ok, but it is so uncomfortable to wear.. (any headset would annoy me).

I think I will carry the V-stand and mic boom attachment.. and a good mic smile

I just may be interested in a $400 E-A7 as a backup, grin
