I haven't heard any with good enough sound quality for singing.
How about a headset mic, one that doesn't need phantom power. I used to have a Shure that was pretty good, and pretty inexpensive.

Don I do have a AT headset I got from Gary.. It works ok, but it is so uncomfortable to wear.. (any headset would annoy me).
I think I will carry the V-stand and mic boom attachment.. and a good mic
I just may be interested in a $400 E-A7 as a backup,
