We actually do not get the email(s) as promised.

However, we can log in and click the user profile on the top right hand corner, click "My Account", and check for the status of our orders by clicking "My Orders" on the left. If you find your order(s) complete, then you click "MY LIBRARY" on the left to find the download link(s).

Oh wow, thank you for the clarification. When I placed the order, the website stated that I would receive an email. Not sure where you got this info but it's worth a try!

When I placed the first order, I got email a couple of minutes later.
Next two 'orders', there was no mail, but orders was completet within an hour.
Guess they need some time to get it right. When follow the link to european site, it's redirected to us.
Log in with usual user and pass worked, my personal info is correct, but history and library of all bought items during the years are gone... 🤔

Just found out that the SME files are NOT encrypted. In fact the 'free versions' (SME) are missing a (fix sized) block of data from address 0008 to 0060 compared to the (payed) .cpf files.
From address 0060 up the .cpf file is identical to the .sme file.

What we have to find out : What data needs to be inserted from address 0008 to 0060?

Now I wonder: Do we all get the same smekey for e.g. SA2 Panflutes? (mine is 6E343A01134ECCAEA45C96ABF1A3****)

I see some people are asking if some of the packs are compatible for either Tyros 5 or Genos....and as long they have a PPF or CPF....Yes, will be compatible, the only thing that may not be complete, is the Registrations in the packs I have been involved, I know that NOT all the packs have those.....but the Mariachi/Norteño, Fiesta Caliente, Cumbia Latina, Salsa, Banda Mexicana, has them as well the Multipad banks we made for those packs.

After many tries, I downloaded a few premium packs that when unzipped, contained .sme files. Yamaha Expansion Manager gives an error and cannot load these. Any ideas on what to do next?

It's added a lot more, almost all as free packs to the site now, even addons for Montage and Motif.
Also look like emails sorted out, 'ordered' a couple og packs, and email found my inbox after few minutes.
Still very slow downloads that also cut before finish so we have to restart, but as Yamaha says, in a week or two everything will be better.

Now we can wonder why Yamaha act like Santa Claus these days...
Is it the end of creating addon packs, or is it due to new products coming that will have totally new fileformats?
Or, is it a sign that tell the end of the Yamaha Arranger production? 🤔
Anyway, those of you that don't have these packs, it's a lot of great styles and sounds to enjoy.
