Back to the thread subject. My wife had 15 pounds of boudin sent up from South Louisiana. She cooked about five pounds for the Jam.
Joe Lee has about 10 hours of video. He estimates it will take about 80 hours to edit and record it to DVD.
I ran a feed from the main mixer, where all the keyboard were connected, to Joe Lee's mixer. He fed the camera from his mixer, so had a lot of control over the signal.
He phoned yesterday and said he had begun editing and both the video AND audio were very good.
He will make copies of the DVDs available at a nominal cost.
