I apologize for any frustration you have experienced. However, After
reviewing the button on your site I did not see anything noticeably
wrong with it. I went through the process as much as I could without
actually paying and all worked just fine. I did read what your
customers had said and by the sounds of the first one it looks like
they did not get a notification of payment we send out. At this time
our system is up and running fine, so I would recommend that they check
spam folders, bulk mail folders and the spam filter settings to make
sure we are not being blocked. The second person sounds like they have
a PayPal account already and are trying to use the same email to create
a new one. In that case you would direct them to contact us so we can
help them gain access to there account. Please do not solely rely on
emails, email is not 100%. We ask you to reference your PayPal account
history at least twice a week to get definite sale information.
