Its not as simple as that....
For many others..

You have..
- Organ
- piano
- digital piano ( rhodes/wurly)
- synth

And then you have arrangers, where you cram in all the above in a single keyboard
And then add muchmuch more..
And when you look around you, you see 3veryone using their arrangers in their own preferred way...

There is not 2 choices... there is hundreds...
