The tracking and voice drops are terrible?

IMHO that means the keyboard is broken..'IF' the VH is important to anyone with this issue...I would return it for a full refund.

Why would they put this Cr.P out on us?
They know it's broke..and won't fix it?
If enough of them get returned..it will get fixed.

Sad.
